Poor Guy

Please keep Bodee-man in your thoughts tomorrow...he will finally be going in for the "procedure" he wasn't able to get when he was born due to him being born with the Diaphragmatic Hernia. We pray this is the end of the surgeries he will have and long for the day that he remembers none of it :). His surgery is scheduled for 8:30am tomorrow and he can't have any food after midnight tonight. I'm sure he'll be really thrilled to wake up tomorrow and not be allowed a bottle...we'll see how it goes. Prayers for quick healing and minimal pain for our little guy.
As for an update on Bodee...he is now 11 months old and weighs around 20 pounds. It's hard to believe that he is actually bigger than his sister was at this age as she was barely pushing 18 pounds at 1 years old. He is quite the chunky monkey and eats everything in sight. He hasn't quite figured out when to say when yet, so every now and then, he eats way too much and disposes of the extra :). He is cruising along everything and will even push his horse while he walks behind it. He will stand in place until he realizes he wants to go somewhere and then he drops down to the crawling position. He's into everything and everything goes into his mouth. I remember Dakota being like this, but not near as bad. He chews on books, paper, cardboard, cat food, dog food...whatever LOL. He still HATES taking a bath or shower and nothing we do convinces him that they are okay. I can't believe he is almost one...it truly has flown by way too quickly. It does, however, seem like an eternity since we were sitting next to him in the hospital and that is okay with us. Walking and talking are right around the corner...not sure if I want two little ones that talk my ear off LOL.
I will post an update tomorrow after Bodee's surgery. Should be basic and routine (yeah right says all the men reading this LOL).

we will be thinking of Bodee tommorow. Nayeli gets into everything too. It would be fun to watch them together to see what they would get themselves into.
