Bodee was still doing great on Monday. He was still intubated because he would need to be for his surgery but he was breathing room air. They weren't having to supplement with any extra oxygen. I made it out there around 3pm finally with Dakota and we both got to go back to see him. He had some huge earphones on in order to keep the noise from causing too much stimulation to him. Any type of noise or even touch would cause him to desat so we had to be careful how much interaction we had with him.
Dakota brought a book in because she wanted to read her baby brother a story but she wasn't able to do this just yet. Docs are still pleased with how he is doing and are planning to do surgery on Tuesday.
