Once again, I took way too many pictures to pick which ones to post. Sooooo, I put them all in another slideshow :). We had a great time in Texas and got to see tons of people there as well. We didn't do quite as much running around but we are all exhausted nonetheless! I loved getting to see everyone...it is so tough to live so far away from family. It is good to be home, however, and it will be nice to get the kids back on some sort of schedule. Bodee has been waking up quite a bit at night so I am hoping it is just because we were always running around. Dakota....well, she is such a night owl and she loved getting to stay up late. We are working to get her back on her 8:30 schedule again...I'll let you know how that goes lol.
Just a quick update on the little guy. He has been doing great with his cereal feedings. We started rice about a week before I left for Utah and he loved it. I moved on to oatmeal last week and he is doing okay with it. I can tell that it bothers his belly after he eats so I am trying to ease him into it and not feed him too much. He really seems to like the cereal and I never quite know how much to make. He always eats all of it but as I said before, I worry about how it makes his stomach feel. It is so cute to watch him now when I am eating something while I hold him. He stares at my food and moves his mouth if I get it anywhere near his mouth. The doctor said that once we work him through the different cereals, we can start him on some veggies.
He is also starting to talk, squeak and laugh quite a bit more. His little personality is really starting to show. I can see him reacting more to things around him with his body language and his voice. He still hasn't decided it's time to roll over yet, but most times, he gets himself onto his side. He kind of freezes once he gets there...I think he knows how annoying it is for him to be on his belly. He still hates having belly time and gets so mad when I put him that way. Bodee basically spends his time either staring at Dakota or me. He really loves his sister and gets a huge smile on his face everytime she comes into view. I can't wait to see what kind of relationship they have when he is older! I can't believe he will already be 5 months old in a week. The time continues to fly!

Bodee is changing each time I see new pictures of him. He is so adorable. time is going by so fast with Nayeli too. I know what you mean. She will be 6 months next week. It looks like you had a great time and so did the kidos. Bodee has such a cute smile and Dakota is beautiful. Welcome home.
I'm so glad that you got to see family, to see and feel how much we love you and those awesome kids! Dakota gets more beautiful with every picture you post, and Bodee is growing so fast! The last time I got to hold him was in NICU! What a blessing to see him happy and well! Thanks for holding down the fort while Mark is away. Keep the pics coming!
Love you much
