Dakota Michelle

Here is a quick video of Dakota at her last swim lesson. Susan got her to jump off the diving board. She walked right up there, and jumped in. I was thinking Susan would be there to catch her and to help her to the side but nope, tough love here. Dakota popped right back up and swam / doggie paddled her way to the side. She is officially water-safe in my book :).

Here is Dakota making what Mr. Johnny taught her is a "drip castle"...it looks pretty cool when it's done.

And lastly, here is Dakota feeding her brother. I'll get up to get myself something and she always just plops right down and starts feeding him. She's such an amazing helper :)

Dakota continues to be 3 :). One second she is crackin me up with the things she says and does and the next she's screamin at me from her 3rd timeout in 2 hours :). It's all part of the process I guess. She's growing up so fast and her imagination is indescribable. I love to hear her stories and listen to her dreams from the night before. I am compiling another list of the funny things she says that aren't quite right...and I will post a separate post once I get them all together. I can't wait to show her these things when she is older. She'll never believe some of the things that have come out of her mouth.
