Gettin a little too Comfy!

Little Bodee seems to be getting a little too comfortable here. I think he likes the constant care and that he is taken care of round the clock. I keep trying to tell him that home would be just like that but I don't think he believes me just yet. However, he is doing great at the bottle and really trying hard to get home for us! He had a little bit of a setback on Monday because he had been throwing up his food throughout the night. They took him off milk and put him on Pedialyte for a day. While we were sad at first, we have since learned that this is one more thing that was just meant to be. Because of this setback, they took his NG tube out (for feeding) because they were going to have him skip a couple of feeds. Well, that tube has not been back in since then. We have been able to bottle feed him the 20-30 cc's that they are allowing him to have. It has made it easier for him to suck on the bottle without that annoying tube down his throat. Can't blame the guy. He is hooked back up to an IV for fluids until he gets back up to his normal eating amount but that should hopefully be gone today sometime. He is such a trooper and continues to fight hard for us!

Mimi & Papa are leaving today and it has been such a blessing to have them here. They have played super hard with Dakota and she has loved every minute of it. We went to say goodbye to them last night at their hotel and Dakota kept saying, "Mimi, your house is really big." So, in the eyes of Dakota, Mimi and Papa live in a mansion called La Quinta! :) We will miss you guys and thanks again for EVERYTHING. Love you!
